1. Service Scope & Offerings
Synergetic Lean (synergeticlean.com) provides two specialized training programs delivered by an officially certified PMI Instructor utilizing the official PMI Instructor Kit:
- PMP® 35 Contact Hours Training: Comprehensive exam preparation satisfying the official education requirement for the PMP exam.
- 3-Sessions Intensive Bootcamp: An accelerated, focused review covering core exam domains, high-yield practice scenarios, and exam strategies.
2. Contact Hours & Certification
- PMP 35 Contact Hours Course: Completion certificates granting 35 Contact Hours are issued only upon 100% attendance and completion of required course hours. Partial credit cannot be issued per PMI guidelines.
- 3-Sessions Intensive Bootcamp: Designed as an exam preparation review. Completion certificates or PDUs (if applicable) are based strictly on attendance across all 3 live sessions.
3. Intellectual Property & Material Rights
- All course presentations, slides, student manuals, and practice items provided during either program derive from official PMI Instructor Kit materials or proprietary Synergetic Lean resources.
- Materials are licensed for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered student only. Recording, duplicating, or sharing live sessions, recordings, or digital kits is strictly prohibited.
4. Independent Provider Disclaimer
- Synergetic Lean provides independent preparation training. Course fees do not cover official PMI membership or PMP exam application fees. Synergetic Lean does not guarantee passing the PMP exam.
