1. Refund Eligibility by Program Type
PMP 35 Contact Hours Training:
- 7+ Days Notice: 100% refund (minus payment processing fees, if applicable).
- 3–6 Days Notice: 50% refund, or 100% credit transferred to a future cohort within 6 months.
- Less than 72 Hours / No-Show: Non-refundable.
3-Sessions Intensive Bootcamp:
- 5 Days Notice: 100% refund.
- 2–4 Days Notice prior to Session 1: 50% refund or transfer to the next available bootcamp.
- Less than 48 Hours / Session 1 Commenced: Non-refundable once the first session has begun, as seats and materials are allocated per cohort.
2. Deductions for Digital PMI Materials
If official PMI digital student kits or access codes have already been generated and distributed to you prior to your cancellation request, the retail/licensing cost of the digital kit is non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund.
3. Program Transfers & Rescheduling
Students in either program may request to transfer their registration to a future date up to 48 hours prior to the first session at no extra cost (limit of 1 transfer per enrollment).
4. Cancellations by Synergetic Lean
If Synergetic Lean cancels or postpones a course or bootcamp, enrolled students will receive the choice of a 100% full refund or immediate transfer to the rescheduled dates.
5. Refund Processing
Requests must be submitted in writing to [support@synergeticlean.com]. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
